Packaging

Antibody Design Labs™ ships either in plastic foam containers with gel ice packs or dry ice or in cartoon boxes at room temperature, depending on product requirements.

Shipping Rates

U.S. orders are currently charged a unique fee covering shipping and handling based on location and not to exceed $50.00 per order. Orders above $1,000 to all available U.S. locations are free of shipping charges. Charges are prepaid and added during the checkout process.

Shipping cost for international orders will be quoted latter. Please request a quotation for international shipping.

Delivery

For sensitive products requiring ice pack or dry ice during transportation, orders received Monday through Thursday by 12:00 PM (PST) are shipped the same day for next business day delivery (within carrier’s overnight delivery area). Monday delivery service is not available for those products.

All other products are shipped by ground transportation on the day the order is received before 12:00 PM (PST) or the following day if the order is received after 12:00 PM (PST).
