t Antibody Design Labs™, we are committed to protect your intellectual property and keep your information confidential to the highest standard of ethics and business conduct. All Client’s information will be kept on dedicated notebooks and secured servers with access restricted to only the personnel that is duly authorized and concerned with your project. We will not use your information except for the services to be performed pursuant to your order.

Confidentiality

e will not disclose your information to any third party nor use your information for any other purpose unless circumstances that are of common acceptance by law, i.e. (i) was known to Antibody Design Labs (ADL) or in the public domain before your order, as evidenced by written records; (ii) becomes available to the public through no fault of ADL; (iii) is received in good faith by ADL from a third party and is not subject to an obligation of confidentiality; (iv) is independently developed by ADL without reference to your confidential information received hereunder, as evidenced by ADL’s written records; (v) is disclosed, pursuant to a requirement of law. A non-disclosure agreement is available upon request.
